Today we can announce that global talent management software provider Cornerstone OnDemand has appointed Firefly to handle public relations and digital communications in the UK, and support with pan-european agency co-ordination.
Following a competitive pitch process our brief is to increase brand awareness and support the lead-generation process, with a blend of media relations, stakeholder engagement and digital content creation.
We will also be in charge of driving collaboration within the network of agencies in key European markets including Germany, France, Spain, the Nordics and Benelux. We will also support Cornerstone’s Convergence event, attended by over a thousand HR and talent management professionals, to be held this October in London.
Our team will report directly to Tom Kirby, Northern Europe Field Marketing Manager.
“Firefly stood out to us, demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm, and a strong understanding of our business goals,” said Tom Kirby. “The talent management software sector is growing, yet remains highly competitive amongst a few key players. We’re passionate about really making Cornerstone OnDemand stand out from the crowd and feel that Firefly is the right PR agency to help us do just that.”
It goes without saying that we say that we're very pleased to be selected by Cornerstone to handle their PR brief, particularly against such stiff competition. It’s a great success story and the world of work has fundamentally changed, providing opportunities for firms like Cornerstone to make recruiting, training and managing people more effective. With such a broad mandate to comment on issues and get people talking about talent, it’s a fantastic opportunity.
