The perfect tool for your PR masterplan

Here at Firefly, we’ve used a variety of scrapbook and notebook tools to keep track of campaigns, ideas and general goings-on. From Evernote to Keep and OneNote, all have their own strengths, weaknesses and generally add to our burgeoning collection of apps. But we’ve never found one single tool with the functionality to make us feel like Michael Schofield in Prison Break and help us create our evil genius master plan.

Thankfully, Milanote is here to fulfil these needs without turning a wall of your office into a crazy person’s pinboard. You can create notes online, insert links, photos, charts – and more importantly, checklists to map progress towards your impending rescue mission business project. Everything can be moved around and you can link boxes with arrows, as well as creating separate boards for different projects.

Milanote also does a good job of making things look elegant, avoiding the bad handwriting and disorganisation which can plague company away-days.

It’s currently in beta, but if you take a short questionnaire, you can gain access immediately at app.milanote.com.
