Firefly Scotland is working with the Edinburgh Solicitors’ Property Centre (ESPC), the leading name in property marketing in East Central Scotland. The brief is a PR campaign to increase awareness of the fact that solicitor estate agents are the leaders in marketing properties at the premier end of the market.
Part of Firefly’s remit is a corporate profiling campaign for the ESPC’s CEO, Malcolm Cannon, to communicate his vision and strategic plans for the firm and to position him as a leading commentator on the Scottish property scene. Already the team has secured two major business profiles including a news story in Scotland on Sunday and a feature in Business7 and they are now arranging a high profile dinner debate, hosted by the ESPC, with an invited panel of the country’s top property players, which will be covered by a leading national newspaper.
Neil Harrison, marketing manager for ESPC said: “Firefly had worked on one of our other brands and we were confident that they could support us in getting across a very specific message to support the business in East Central Scotland. They presented a number of avenues for delivering to our objective and have worked these to get our key message across.”
