Showpad, the all-in-one platform for sales enablement, has awarded its PR budget for Germany, Austria and Switzerland to pan-European PR agency Firefly Communications Group. The Munich team has been responsible for press and public relations in the three countries since 15th January.
Showpad was founded in Belgium in 2011 and its platform supports sales and marketing teams in working together more efficiently and selling more successfully. Its cloud-based content system enhances sales enablement, enabling the sharing of interactive sales and marketing content as well as sales training and coaching. An AI system integrated in Showpad captures usage data from content in accordance with GDPR, identifies successful sales techniques and in turn automates provision of content for shareable sales documents. Sales employees can use the interaction data to optimise their sales conversations and ensure a better buying experience for the customer.
