After a competitive tendering process, Firefly Scotland has been appointed to launch a new online legal service, Login2Law which is backed by Thorntons, one of Scotland’s longest established legal firms. Through Login2Law, Thorntons is the first and only legal practice offering both online legal advice and integrated documentation in Scotland.
“We are confident that Firefly will help to raise awareness of the extensive range of legal services offered by Login2Law, such as prenups, wills, employment law and property services and demonstrate the ease and efficiencies in time and money,” said Karen Waterston, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Thorntons. “Firefly will help us build understanding amongst target groups of potential clients about online legal services as a viable alternative to the traditional way in which legal services are delivered. We were impressed by Firefly’s proactive approach and its creative campaign ideas.”
Firefly’s first task will be to launch Login2Law for prenup agreements as we head into wedding season, with the upcoming Royal Wedding to be held in Edinburgh in July, and will then deliver an ongoing campaign to drive potential clients to the website and encourage them to utilise the online services for wills, employment contracts, leases and tenancy agreements. Thorntons will work in partnership with YouGov’s new Scotland focus to run quarterly campaigns, drawing attention to the need for sourcing proper legal documentation, backed up by professional legal advice.
